To initiate a return, please contact our customer service department with your original order number. They will provide you with a return authorization number for your item. You can use your preferred postal service or a reputable courier company for the return, ensuring you obtain a valid proof of return.

Remember to keep and provide your receipt as proof of return, as TopoCard cannot assume responsibility for any items that may be damaged or lost in transit.

Once we receive your parcel or replacement items, you can expect your refund within 5-10 working days.

Here’s how to complete your return:

  1. 1. Contact us to request a return and receive the necessary paperwork to attach to your parcel. We cannot accept parcels without this required documentation.
  2. Attach the provided paperwork to your parcel and choose a shipping service of your preference. While it’s not mandatory, we recommend using a service with tracking to safeguard against potential loss during transit. TopoCard does not assume responsibility for lost goods.

  4. Upon receiving your parcel, our team will promptly inspect it for any damages, and we will offer your refund within 1-2 working days of receipt. Depending on your payment method, you can expect the funds to be credited to your account within 5-10 working days.

For added peace of mind, consider obtaining additional insurance for parcels exceeding €20 in value to ensure full compensation in the event of loss. Don’t forget to request and retain your proof of posting.

Shipping returns:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please note that we will refund the return postage costs only if the goods are faulty or were sent incorrectly.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
